Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Under no circumstances will we tolerate any form of abuse, aggression, threatening behaviour, or offensive language directed towards our instructors or staff. Any such conduct will result in the immediate termination of all lessons without refund, and we reserve the right to refuse future service.
Lesson Duration
A standard lesson lasts 2 hours per session unless an alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in advance between you and your instructor.
Instructor Arrival Time
Due to variable traffic and road conditions, your instructor may arrive up to 15 minutes earlier or later than your scheduled appointment time. Please allow this window to elapse before contacting your assigned instructor.
Late Arrival Protocol
If your instructor is delayed by more than 15 minutes, they will contact you directly by phone or text message to advise you of the delay. Regardless of such inconvenience, your lesson will only commence from the time your instructor arrives at the agreed pick-up location. Where possible, the full lesson duration will be honoured.
Payment Terms
All lessons must be paid for in advance, no later than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Lessons will not proceed if payment has not been received.
Online Booking Confirmation
If you submit a booking request through our website, your lesson is not confirmed until your instructor has explicitly added your slot to their diary and full payment has been received. Your instructor will contact you to confirm availability. Until both confirmation and payment are complete, your booking remains provisional and is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 48 hours before the start of your scheduled driving lesson. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson start time, or failure to attend without notice, will result in you being liable to pay the full standard charge for that session. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
Photography, Privacy & Marketing
We celebrate the success of our students by publishing photographs of successful candidates alongside their pass certificates on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
If you do not wish for your photograph to be taken or published, you must inform us before your test date. We will respect your privacy and refrain from photographing you.
Important: By allowing us to take your photograph, you automatically grant Grace 2 Grace School of Motoring full consent to publish and use that image on our website, social media, and promotional materials without further notice or compensation.
Return and Refund Policy
Terms of Refunds
We operate a no-refund policy. However, in certain circumstances, we may offer a replacement lesson at our discretion instead of a monetary refund.
Late Cancellation — No Refund or Replacement
There will be no refund or replacement offered if you cancel your lesson less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your lesson.
Reason for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement lesson will only be considered if the instructor cancels the lesson and a mutually agreeable replacement time cannot be scheduled.
Block Booking Expiry — No Refund or Replacement
There will be no refund or replacement if you do not complete your block booking within 8 weeks from the date of purchase, unless you have notified us in advance and we have agreed to an extension in writing.
