· Under no circumstances would we tolerate any acts of abuse towards members of staff. 

· A standard lesson has a duration of 2 hours per session unless an alternative agreement has been made.

 

· Due to ever changing traffic conditions, instructors may arrive 15 minutes earlier or later to your scheduled appointment. Therefore, please allow this period to elapse before contacting your assigned instructor.

 

· In the case of an instructor failing to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you will directly be contacted by your instructor through a text message or phone call. Regardless of such inconvenience, your session will only start from when your assigned instructor has arrived at your agreed location.

 

· Lesson are to be paid in advance, not less than 48 hours before lessons are due to start.

- If you book a lesson online, it is not confirmed yet until your instructor has confirmed you in their diary and lesson payment has been fully paid. Your instructor will contact you, untill then, your lessons is not fully confirmed 

· Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 48 hours before the start of your driving lesson, or you will be liable to pay the standard charge for the session.

· We publish all photographs of our successful clients with their respective pass certificates on our website, if you wish for your photograph not to be published, please let us know beforehand for your picture not to be taken.
